This Privacy Policy explains how Nsquarez Online Design (“NsquareZ“, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit nsquarez.com or join.nsquarez.com, contact us, or join the NsquareZ Influencers Network.
We are based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Where we work with creators and brands in Saudi Arabia, we also follow the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
1. What we collect
When you contact us (nsquarez.com contact form, email, WhatsApp or phone)
- First and last name
- Email address
- Your message and anything you choose to tell us
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you contact us that way
When you join the Influencers Network (join.nsquarez.com)
- Full name, email address and phone number
- City
- Instagram handle and, optionally, TikTok handle
- Content niche, follower range, languages and the type of collaborations you’re open to (paid, barter or both)
- The date you signed up and your consent to be contacted
Automatically, when you browse our websites
- Technical data your browser sends to any website, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Our hosting provider records this in standard server logs for security and to keep the site running.
- We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our websites only use cookies that are strictly necessary for them to work. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
2. How we use your data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. Who we share it with
We only share personal data with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms:
- Google (Google Sheets), where Influencers Network signups are stored
- Cloudflare, which hosts join.nsquarez.com
- Bluehost, which hosts nsquarez.com
- Brands and agencies we run campaigns for, only for a specific campaign and only with your agreement
- Authorities, where the law requires it
4. International transfers
Some of our service providers (for example Google and Cloudflare) may store or process data on servers outside the UAE. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards the law allows, such as the provider’s data-protection terms, so that your data stays protected to a standard consistent with UAE law.
5. How long we keep it
- Influencer Network data: while you remain in the network. If you ask to be removed, we delete your details within 30 days.
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client and campaign records: as long as needed for the contract and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
- Server logs: in line with our hosting provider’s standard retention.
6. Your rights
Subject to the law, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct data that’s inaccurate or incomplete
- delete your data, or remove you from the Influencers Network
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to a particular use
- withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to the NsquareZ team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if a breach occurs.
8. Age
Our services and the Influencers Network are intended for people aged 18 and over. If you’re under 18, please only contact us with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If we learn we’ve collected data from someone under 18 without that involvement, we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top.
